 oy Effect" Betancourt Silva. Created in collaboration with various communi
 ty partners\, this initiative aims to provide local street dancers opportu
 nities to shine and the general public a way to connect through music and 
 dance. It is an all-styles dance battle held on the third Friday of the mo
 nth. It's free for the public and features varying music themes.
